Work Experience
Lead Developer — MineDetector
Built an Android application for UAV-based real-time landmine detection. Integrated DJI Mobile SDK v4 for live drone video stream, trained YOLOv8n on a custom dataset of 5 anti-personnel mine types (PMN-2, MON-50, POM-3, PFM-1, PMN-1), quantized to TFLite float16 for on-device inference. Integrated Mapbox SDK for geo-tagging and threat map rendering. Architecture: Kotlin + MVVM.
Mod Developer — DronesCraft
Solo-developed a Minecraft Forge mod in Java 17 — an autonomous AI drone companion backed by a complete in-game energy grid (generator → cables → storage → charging station). Implemented a custom flying entity with pathfinding, battery and combat logic, client-server networking packets, container GUIs, and GeckoLib-animated models. NBT-persisted state across world reloads.

Hands-on instructor — trained military, civilian, and humanitarian-demining personnel from SES (DSNS), MAG, and HALO Trust. Delivered courses on FPV flight from basics to advanced video setup, mission planning, RF systems, drone maintenance, pre-flight checks, and thermal-imaging surveys for landmine and UXO detection. Primary platform: DJI Mavic 3T with thermal payload, plus FPV builds and tactical UAV systems.
